Hall Industries, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time qualified Quality Technician for its Ellwood City, PA. location.
Job description and Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3-year experience as quality control in a manufacturing setting
- Solve the day-to-day quality problems to encompass all parts, products and processes to improve quality. Involve the affected departments, coordinate and report solutions.
- Provide guidance to others in establishing quality control techniques for determining, maintaining, and improving the quality of manufacturing operations.
- Inspect parts or product (using measuring tools, mechanical, and electrical equipment) as required for manufacturing procedures and processes; document and report results.
- Ensure that QC documents are processed and filed with corresponding job files.
- Ensure that processes and policies adhere to ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.
- Ability to interpret part drawings and tolerances
- Knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001 & 13485 standards or related Quality system environment
- Knowledge and use of various inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers
Desired Skills:
- Magnetic Particle Testing experience including certification
- Internal auditing experience
- GD&T knowledge/experience

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (varies if working overtime)
- Occasional optional Saturdays 5:00am-1:00pm
